Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge and experience in STARLIMS development
- Over 6 years of hands-on experience in executing STARLIMS projects
- Proficient in both functional and technical aspects of STARLIMS QM v11 & v12
- Mandatory experience with STARLIMS QM v12
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining STARLIMS on PaaS solutions (AWS) is a plus
- Capacity to convert functional specifications and user stories into detailed design specifications
- Extensive development expertise in STARLIMS QM v12
- Ability to analyze gaps and assess feasibility of user requirements within the STARLIMS system
- Proficient knowledge of STARLIMS DCUs REST APIs
- Experience with instrument integration in STARLIMS
- In-depth understanding of the STARLIMS data model
- Extensive experience in PL-SQL with capability to construct and maintain complex queries and stored procedures
- Knowledge of incident and problem management within the STARLIMS system
- Skill in collaborating with a technical team of developers in offshore settings
- Capability to conduct end-user training sessions
- Assist with complex L2 and L3 support issues, including defining enhancements and reviewing bug resolution strategies
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to STARLIMS developers
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain STARLIMS projects to meet specified requirements
- Analyze user needs and design detailed specifications based on their requirements
- Coordinate with developers working remotely to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct training sessions for end-users regarding STARLIMS functionalities
- Assist in resolving complex support issues at L2 and L3 levels
- Provide insights on enhancement proposals and bug fix reviews
- Lead initiatives in problem management and transformation themes
- Offer mentorship to junior STARLIMS developers for skill enhancement
