Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Deep understanding of Data Governance principles and Data Stewardship models
- Experience in workflow configuration, BRF+, data modeling, and validations
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC master data processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP MDG for domains including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance
- Design and configure data governance frameworks, workflows, validations, and business rules
- Collaborate with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to establish data standards, policies, and approval processes
- Support initiatives for data quality, cleansing, and harmonization
- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MDG
- Provide support for functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate end-user training
