Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of experience in application software development, data analysis, and database management
- Proficient in programming, testing, and implementation of software solutions
- Skilled in creating technical and user documentation
- Available to assist or lead in designing program specifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field preferred
- Over 10 years of experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for critical business applications
- Strong leadership and presentation abilities
- Knowledgeable in various application development tools and methodologies
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven facilitation skills to drive consensus among stakeholders
- Familiarity with different requirements elicitation methods
- Proficiency in Waterfall, RUP, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to accurately estimate work commitments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements
- Develop detailed documentation to outline specifications for software applications
- Lead and participate in testing phases to ensure quality standards are met
- Facilitate meetings to gather input and drive consensus among team members
- Provide support and guidance during software implementation processes
- Utilize various analysis methods to interpret business needs
- Maintain effective communication with executives, managers, and technical teams
- Estimate workload required for project delivery and commitments
- Continuously improve processes to enhance software development practices
