Senior AWS Architect

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience - Advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 10 years experience in technology supporting business operations - Senior level AWS subject matter expert - Deep knowledge and practical experience with industry-specific application solutions - Extensive experience in developing customer-centric solutions - Proficiency across all technology domains (infrastructure, commercial applications, software development, end-user platforms, IT operations) - Experience in strategic planning, particularly in the design of long-term strategies - Exceptional communication skills to interact with all organizational levels, including executives - Strong interpersonal communication abilities - Excellent writing and presentation skills - Comprehensive understanding of architecture concepts and integration of business needs with technology - Detailed knowledge of AWS from an administrative perspective - Over 5 years in IT, focusing on cloud architecture and engineering - Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-native applications and architectures - Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred - Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM) and best practices - Experience with cloud migration strategies - Proficient in establishing security and compliance standards - Familiar with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code) - Relevant AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, are highly desirable
