Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proven capability to effectively engage with product managers and senior stakeholders utilizing strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to succeed in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and successful delivery
- Lead quarterly planning sessions and support the development of long-term roadmaps using tools such as JIRA Align, MIRO, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and alignment regarding project objectives and deliverables
- Develop responsive and scalable applications utilizing contemporary JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular and TypeScript, alongside HTML/CSS and RxJS
- Construct and maintain robust backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture while designing and integrating RESTful APIs with comprehensive documentation
