Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in QA and test management, specifically in SAP environments
- Proficient in SAP processes and implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Strong background in test automation strategies, with expertise in Tricentis Tosca
- Demonstrated experience in risk-based and requirements-based testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to lead and manage large testing teams and projects effectively
- Skilled in test governance and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical skills for quality metrics and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Dex
- Strong communication and mentorship abilities
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the QA strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies and execution plans
- Establish and enforce governance models and quality checkpoints for various testing phases
- Implement risk-based testing approaches using relevant tools
- Lead budgeting, resource forecasting, and performance management of testing teams
- Ensure traceability of requirements, test cases, and defects
- Architect and optimize test automation frameworks utilizing Tricentis Tosca
- Manage Tosca infrastructure and CI/CD tool integration
- Lead end-to-end testing across various SAP modules and related systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data consistency and workflow verification
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare status reports for leadership
- Conduct root cause analysis to enhance quality metrics
- Establish and maintain a Testing Center of Excellence for standardized processes
- Mentor QA engineers and ensure efficient team performance
