Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a Release/DevOps Analyst role
- Strong expertise in establishing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient with Jenkins plugins and integrations
- Understanding of containerization principles and adept with Docker commands, including creation and management of Docker images and containers
- Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project workflow management
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating current code and data deployment processes, tools, and technologies to pinpoint inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Conduct interviews and discussions with team members and stakeholders to collect insights on deployment challenges and recurring issues
- Document release activities, deployment results, and encountered issues to guide future enhancements and best practices
- Collaborate with the PMO and QA teams to align on findings and recommendations aimed at improving release management processes
- Facilitate the execution of code and data deployments across lower environments
Description
We are seeking a skilled Release/DevOps Analyst to join our team. This position is primarily remote, requiring onsite presence for the first week of training and occasional team meetings. Our office locations include Dallas, TX; Jersey City, NJ; Merrimack, NH; Boston, MA; New York, NY; San Antonio, TX; and Austin, TX.
