Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Camstar/Opcenter, MES, and cloud platforms
- Experience with .NET, SQL/Oracle databases
- Knowledge of ERP and equipment integration
- Familiar with OPC, IOT, PLC, and SCADA systems
- Skilled in SQL, PowerBI, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter/Camstar applications
- Background in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and support for large global programs
- Expertise in integrating MES with ERP systems, especially SAP
- Knowledgeable in CAMSTAR Interoperability (CIO) and MOM module for equipment and ERP integration
- Understanding of inbound and outbound messaging
- Competent in service level agreements and ticketing systems like IRIS
- Experience with cloud platforms and business technology
- Strong analytical skills for feasibility analysis and solution recommendations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and diverse teams
- Solid grasp of hardware networks and operating systems
- Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Awareness of ISA95 and MESA standards is a plus
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve issues related to Opcenter (Camstar) MES applications and integrations
- Ensure proactive and reactive management of IT challenges and known errors
- Conduct root cause analyses to verify that proposed solutions align with business needs
- Collaborate closely with users to troubleshoot issues and seek improvements in business processes
- Provide solutions that comply with established SLAs for P1, P2, or P3 tickets
- Support integration efforts between MES, PLC/SCADA, and other systems (L1, L2 & L3)
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to achieve results
- Manage efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems to ensure service availability and performance
- Coordinate problem-solving efforts with suppliers and external teams for timely resolutions
- Engage actively in automation and service improvement initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams
