Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of relevant industry experience
- At least 6 years in IT Service Management
- 4+ years of demonstrated Reporting Management experience
- Proven ability to implement and deliver complex solutions
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience in creating and maintaining ITIL metrics for incident, change, and problem management
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a customer-centric approach
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Act as a key contributor focusing on reporting and metrics for the Wealth Management Technology service management team
- Develop templates and gather data to create effective reporting deliverables
- Transform existing processes into a comprehensive Metrics & Measurements portal
- Collaborate with global partners and leaders to establish reporting standards and templates
- Conduct trending analyses and optimize service management environments
- Identify gaps in tool functionality, utilization, and interfaces; propose training needs and skill enhancements
- Work alongside Platform and Application Development teams to standardize metrics
- Coordinate meaningful reporting schedules and periodic validation reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate team meetings, documenting minutes and action items as needed
- Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders including Platform, Application Development, and Senior Leadership
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting analytics metrics methodologies using ServiceNow
