Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding and experience with the Appian low-code platform, including its architecture, process models, records, rules, and interfaces.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, specifically in building and managing build and release pipelines.
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, ideally using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to cloud environments, with a strong preference for Azure.
- Understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting deployment and application issues.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain Appian applications, encompassing process models, records, interfaces, and rules.
- Collaborate with business and technical units to gather and translate requirements into functional Appian solutions.
- Construct and oversee Azure DevOps pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment of Appian applications.
- Seamlessly integrate Appian applications with external systems utilizing APIs (REST/SOAP) and various tools.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, along with resolving technical challenges across the Appian platform and deployment pipelines.
- Oversee the deployment of Appian application packages across several environments (test and production) using Azure DevOps release pipelines.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Maintain and create technical documentation for the developed solutions.
