Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree (accredited), or alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Business Administration or a similar discipline. - Over 4 years of direct experience with the Salesforce platform. - Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and integration methods. - Demonstrated experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making based on precise analyses. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple requests simultaneously. - Team-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and resolve conflicts with minimal oversight. - Aptitude for assessing the impacts of new requirements on Salesforce and associated applications and processes. - Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities. - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the strategic vision of IWS Salesforce program by addressing data challenges, fostering feedback, and driving adoption. - Oversee end-to-end responsibilities for IWS Salesforce CRM and Marketing environments, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation of enhancements. - Analyze sales organization needs across various lines of business to deliver tailored solutions through Salesforce configuration. - Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. - Implement automation utilizing Apex and declarative tools as needed. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., MSSQL, DocuSign) using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware solutions. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and coding standards during development processes. - Troubleshoot and address user-reported issues promptly. - Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts as necessary. - Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles effectively. - Maintain data integrity through regular audits, duplicate handling, and cleanup processes. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to aid in business decision-making. - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, recommending adoption when beneficial.
