Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- I have over 4 years of pertinent experience in Information Technology or a similar field.
- I bring 5+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise applications.
- I have managed a team of employees and consultants on enterprise application support for more than 3 years.
- I possess a broad knowledge base supporting various corporate business functions.
- My background includes proven skills in Vendor Management and contract negotiation.
- I have experience with custom connectors and APIs.
- I can effectively handle change, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
- My problem-solving and creative abilities enable sound judgement and decision-making based on accurate and timely analysis.
- I have experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- I am skilled at working closely with business stakeholders to find solutions to requirements.
- I possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- I am familiar with project management software such as Jira and MS Project, which I find essential.
- My strong organizational skills allow me to communicate risks and project statuses effectively.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the implementation, customization, and support of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and HCM systems.
- I am responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and upgrades.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams.
- I will manage integrations between our enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- As the primary liaison, I will communicate with internal teams and software vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- I will negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure that vendors meet performance expectations.
- I will work with different business units to gather requirements and align technology solutions with operational needs.
- I aim to explore and implement AI-driven enhancements, automation, and low-code solutions to optimize workflows.
- Staying updated on industry trends is essential; I will evaluate new enterprise software solutions for scalability and efficiency.
- I will drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging modern platforms.
- I am committed to providing technical guidance to IT support teams and end-users.
- I will develop training materials and documentation for enterprise applications and mentor my team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- I will ensure timely program delivery, product quality, and adherence to budget constraints, while coordinating cross-functional projects and dependencies to meet deadlines.

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD $115,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, and additional compensation may be provided through a bonus as part of the overall package.
