Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least five (5) years of relevant post-bachelors experience
- Minimum of five years in SAP, System Integration, and production business
- Experience managing international SAP development project environments
- Skilled in overseeing SAP integration projects with teams at both in-house and remote locations
- Proficient in major SAP logistics modules, including Production, Quality, and Materials Management
- Knowledgeable in SAP Project Management practices
- Familiar with Application Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Experience with SAP enhancements and roll-out projects
- At least two years of involvement in Continued Innovation projects using software such as eCommerce Hybris, BI, 3D-Visualization, C4C, MES, or ECM
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for task force interventions (average travel around 10-20% domestically and internationally)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/background screening
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Interroll business to identify, document, and implement solutions meeting SAP ECC and HANA Enterprise Cloud needs
- Recommend and apply suitable SAP solutions as part of Interrolls Global SAP Competence Center, adhering to Corporate Business Application guidelines
- Advise and influence business decisions regarding system configuration and results usage
- Configure and manage SAP Logistics Area SD, PP, and associated components aligned with Interrolls growth strategy
- Identify and resolve functional issues within the SAP Logistics environment and support related sectors
- Document and evaluate business requirement feasibility in line with Corporate Business Applications
- Oversee SAP Implementation and Innovation initiatives to enhance Interrolls SAP operations
- Manage Application Management in partnership with Interrolls SAP Competence Center and AMS partner companies
- Act as the first point of contact for ticket management and solutions in the NCSA region
- Maintain and document Interrolls Business Scenarios in SAP Solution Manager
- Create and update SAP training materials in RWD uPerform and assist Interrolls business users in their application
