Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Profound knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, and business analysis strategies.
- Capability to independently gather requirements and document intricate processes.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, or equivalents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and skills in stakeholder management.
- Talent for translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop end-to-end process maps, data flow diagrams, and system analysis documentation.
- Work collaboratively with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
- Perform impact analysis across various systems and integrations.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and assist in managing defects.
- Support release planning, change management, and deployment verification activities.
- Offer recommendations for continuous improvement based on business insights.
