Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2019
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10 operating system, OSX, networking, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VBA scripting, and Windows 2016/2019 server (SQL/MS Access DB) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users
- Patient and methodical approach to support
- Awareness of health and safety standards
- Self-driven and motivated
- Effective time management skills with the ability to provide status updates
- Quick adaptability to new tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to users by researching and resolving inquiries
- Troubleshoot and maintain workstations and LAN performance
- Travel to our various clinics in the borough as needed
- Respond to client support tickets both remotely and on-site
- Check and install anti-virus software on all computers
- Monitor and manage phone systems
- Resolve printer issues and related concerns
- Prepare reports on production activities
- Assist with random inventory audits of in-house software
- Scan and inventory all in-house equipment
- Support in setting up new hires with log-in information, email (Google Workspace, Outlook 2010/2019), and phone extensions
- Identify areas for operational improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned

We are Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center, a licensed outpatient mental health nonprofit organization under Article 31 of the Mental Health Law. With five licensed clinics located in Flatbush, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, Canarsie, and Coney Island, as well as school-based clinics in Bedford Stuyvesant, Canarsie, Crown Heights, and downtown Brooklyn, we provide a range of behavioral services through various contracts with New York City, New York State, and SAMHSA.
