Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with ServiceNow (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Active Directory (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with M365 (Preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in software installations
- Familiarity with PC maintenance and imaging
- Ability to effectively document support tickets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capability to commute to Raleigh, NC
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for various user issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Conduct PC replacements and imaging tasks
- Perform remote support activities as needed
- Maintain equipment inventories and asset records
- Apply critical updates to systems
- Document all ticket activities and resolutions
- Assist with customer onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
