Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in Telecommunications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Prior project management experience in diverse business settings, preferably within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute test systems to support the testing and repair of telecom voice and data transmission products
- Develop and uphold exhaustive documentation related to test systems
- Generate and modify testing procedures for telecom voice and data transmission products
- Collaborate with the Repair Department to deliver training on test methodologies for various voice and data products
- Aid in prioritizing repair initiatives
- Assess and obtain necessary equipment and tools for implementing test systems
