Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in contract management is essential
- Strong proficiency in SAP/Ariba
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing complex processes
- Ability to work independently and display initiative in problem-solving
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities
- Proficient in database management and document preparation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Capable of managing a heavy workload and adhering to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented, able to communicate effectively with both internal partners and external vendors
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete contract management process, from initiation to final execution
- Monitor and track numerous requisition requests from submission to financial approval and PO creation
- Create and submit contract and financial requisition requests utilizing SAP/Ariba
- Research vendors to verify their status within systems prior to establishing new contracts
- Draft and route various types of contracts for review and negotiation, including NDAs and scopes of work
- Act as a communication link between our clients, internal teams, and external vendors to facilitate contract execution
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders
- Collaborate with different functional areas to assess and respond to contracting needs and necessary revisions
- Manage and coordinate complex workflows among Procurement, Finance, and Legal Departments to ensure timely progression of tasks
Description
