Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 3 years of experience managing OCI infrastructure or similar cloud environments.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle server administration, patch management, and security hardening.
- Practical experience with Oracle ATP and MySQL server management, including patching, tuning, and performance optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Awareness of AI/automation solutions in infrastructure and DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Architect, OCI Operations, or Database certifications).
- Preferred: Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OCI Monitoring).
- Preferred: Understanding of security compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, etc.).
- Preferred: Previous experience supporting SaaS/PaaS products like FlexiPro.

Responsibilities
- Oversee, track, and maintain OCI servers to ensure optimal availability and performance.
- Apply timely security updates and patches across OCI servers, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) databases, and MySQL servers.
- Enhance the performance of Oracle ATP and MySQL databases through proactive tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Develop and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for databases and servers.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and proactive management of security and scalability for our flagship software, FlexiPro.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and database issues to minimize downtime and risk.
- Continuously refine DevOps processes by integrating AI and automation tools to improve CI/CD pipelines and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application integration and deployment.
- Offer technical assistance during migration activities, encompassing planning, execution, and validation.
- Ensure that infrastructure and databases are optimized and prepared for successful FlexiPro implementations.
