- We require a full-time commitment, working both at our company office and at client sites as needed.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS is essential.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Helpdesk support or a comparable role is mandatory.
- Demonstrated skills in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management are expected.
- A foundational understanding of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and troubleshooting is necessary.
- Expertise in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications is crucial.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly preferable.
- Active IT certifications will be favored.
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits are required.

Responsibilities
- In this position, I will be responsible for resolving various technical issues independently, including:
- Addressing workstation operating system problems.
- Troubleshooting any printer-related issues.
- Resolving standard business application issues (such as Office).
- Tackling line-of-business application problems, including commonly used software like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, with vendor support for niche applications.
- Handling basic server and networking issues.
- Responding to incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
- Additionally, I will participate in an on-call rotation to offer after-hours and weekend support for both onsite and remote operations.
