Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is highly preferred
- Over 5 years of practical experience in automation systems for industrial process control
- Proficiency in designing and programming PLC and HMI systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30% travel)
- Capability to execute electrical design, documentation, testing, and debugging of equipment before shipment
- Expertise in setting up and configuring drives
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen
- Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders may apply
Responsibilities
- Engineer, test, commission, and provide support for measurement and control systems
- Travel to customer sites for start-up and commissioning of systems (30% of your time)
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automation systems as required
- Set up and configure drives for optimal performance
- Prepare electrical design documentation and test equipment thoroughly before dispatch
