Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, particularly with Financial Service Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions using ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs
- Certified Implementation Specialist in FSO, IRM, Risk and Compliance, and Vendor Risk Management
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Service Management frameworks, and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred
- Exceptional customer engagement capabilities and ability to lead discussions with Enterprise Architects
- Experience with ServiceNow Agentic AI or large-scale AI model integrations is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership as a subject matter expert for implementing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on configuration, customization, and architecting complex enterprise solutions
- Lead the design and execution of Financial Service Operations (FSO) solutions, utilizing the Financial Service Data Model for distinct processes such as Dispute Management, Treasury, Payment/Card Operations, and Loan Processing
- Develop using ServiceNow scripting languages and integrations via REST/SOAP Web Services, while managing Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions
- Drive architectural strategies for Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Data Models to maintain a strong enterprise architecture
- Collaborate within an Agile/Sprint environment to collect requirements, conduct technical demonstrations, and convert business needs into adaptable technical designs
