Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, particularly with FSO and CSM
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) design and execution
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS, and ServiceNow APIs
- Certified Implementation Specialist in FSO, IRM, Risk and Compliance, and Vendor Risk Management
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Service Management frameworks, and regulatory standards such as GDPR and ISO
- (Preferred) Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- (Preferred) Excellent customer interaction skills, with the capability to lead discussions with Enterprise Architects
- (Preferred) Experience with ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow solutions, encompassing configuration, customization, and complex enterprise architectures
- Lead the design and deployment of Financial Service Operations (FSO) solutions, leveraging the Financial Service Data Model for sectors like Banking and Insurance
- Utilize ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) and manage integrations through REST/SOAP Web Services
- Oversee Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions while ensuring system integrity
- Propel the strategy for CSDM, CMDB, and Data Models to maintain a robust enterprise architecture
- Collaborate within an Agile/Sprint framework to collect requirements, conduct technical demonstrations, and convert business needs into scalable technical designs
