Requirements
Must:
- Top Secret Clearance (with ability to pass CI Poly upon hire)
- DOD 8570 Certification (Security+ or equivalent or higher)
- Typically requires a BS degree and 8 - 12 years of relevant experience or a masters degree with 6 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AWS/Cloud technologies
- Advanced Linux administration skills with RHEL 7 or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Understanding of Systems, Architectural, Software Development, and Software Sustainment Practices
- Windows administration expertise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience with ArcGIS/ESRI automation and deployments
- Familiarity with RDS and SQL Technology
- AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Certification(s)
- Understanding of IC Cloud Architecture implementation methodologies
- Experience with team collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and RocketChat
- In-depth knowledge of NiFi Apache, Python machine learning algorithms, and Machine Learning (ML) skills, particularly in unstructured text parsing and Tomcat.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the mission operations team to manage cloud-based systems
- Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operational cloud-based geospatial solutions
- Provide support and management for cloud environment stability and performance
- Utilize advanced Linux administrative skills to optimize system functionality
- Implement and oversee Microsoft Windows Server administration
- Develop and automate solutions using ArcGIS/ESRI
- Employ RDS and SQL technology for data management
- Work with AWS frameworks to enhance cloud architecture
- Coordinate with team members on project tasks using collaborative tools
- Present ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies within the DevOps realm.
