Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience is preferred
- Familiarity with iOS and Windows operating systems, ideally 1 year each
- Ability to relocate to DeKalb, IL 60115 before starting work is required
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support
Responsibilities
- Address incidents and requests promptly while documenting actions taken in our service management tool
- Respond to incoming support inquiries in a timely fashion, adhering to established documentation and resolution protocols
- Provide assistance to users and liaise with the necessary internal personnel or external vendors when additional expertise is needed
- Comply with policies, standards, and pre-defined guidelines to ensure job functions are performed correctly
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data relevant to the job
- Focus on customer satisfaction by understanding their underlying needs
- Set priorities and effectively organize information for optimal workflow
- Identify and resolve issues promptly while thinking critically
- Take initiative in leading system solutions installation and training activities
Description
