Requirements
Must:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, app registrations, and identity governance.
- Two (2) years of experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune, including application deployment and compliance policies.
- Two (2) years of experience with on-premises Active Directory and Group Policy configurations in hybrid environments.
- Three (3) years of experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
- Extensive experience (three (3) years) troubleshooting cloud environment performance, connectivity, and security challenges.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with structured security and compliance processes.
- Preferred: Experience within Microsoft GCC High or similar environments authorized under FedRAMP.
- Preferred: Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 controls and CMMC compliance.
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager in Intune co-management.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response.
- Preferred: CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
- Preferred: Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300).
- Bachelors degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the cloud identity infrastructure within Microsoft Entra ID, which includes user lifecycle management, conditional access policies, and role-based access controls.
- Administer endpoint management utilizing Microsoft Intune, covering application deployment, patching, compliance policies, and the provisioning of Windows Autopilot.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies for both corporate and BYOD devices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hybrid identity synchronization utilizing Microsoft Entra Connect or Entra Cloud Sync, as necessary.
- Create and update PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks across Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
- Provide support for on-premises Active Directory and Group Policy in hybrid setups when applicable.
- Monitor and resolve performance, connectivity, and security issues within the Azure environment.
- Implement and uphold configurations that align with NIST SP 800-171 and respective security and compliance frameworks.
- Support networking concepts concerning Azure virtual networking, DNS, and the connection to on-premises resources.
