Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
- I have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of information technology, with at least three (3) years specifically in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- I have experience in configuring, integrating, and deploying IAM platforms such as CyberArk, Hashicorp, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, etc.
- I possess certifications demonstrating my mastery of information security skills, including CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, or CyberArk Guardian.
- I am committed to ongoing training, self-learning, and maintaining technical skills in the field of cybersecurity.
- I have experience working in an Agile environment.
- I am capable of juggling multiple priorities while working within a multidisciplinary IT team.
- I have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English, enabling me to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
- I do not require prior work experience in Canada but must have authorization to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- I contribute to strengthening cybersecurity by providing advice and consulting to stakeholders to promote and encourage adherence to organizational cybersecurity policies, standards, and industry best practices.
- I participate in configuring and deploying Privileged Access Management (PAM) services and platforms, including CyberArk Privileged Cloud, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager, WPM, and EPM.
- I support password and secret phrase management solutions.
- I collaborate with various IT teams (cloud, development and operations (DevOps), Infrastructure, etc.) and information security teams (IIQ, incident response, etc.) to design and operationalize platforms, processes, and procedures for protecting privileged accounts and credentials.
- I build the privileged access management infrastructure (middleware and connectors) within an existing system to integrate (or migrate) applications to the CyberArk platform.
- I troubleshoot network and firewall issues to resolve problems related to integrating the PAM platform.
- I work with vendors to establish privileged access management strategies and extend the scope of platform integration.
- I provide out-of-hours support as needed to ensure high availability of the PAM platforms.
- I deploy new versions and patches on the platform.
- I assist in identifying efficiency gains in processes and contribute to their automation.
