Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- At least 5 years of experience in UAT/Test Planning and Execution
- Proficient in SQL, including queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views
- Hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS, JS/TS, and JBOSS
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred: Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle, LoadRunner, Jira, and MS Visio
- Preferred: Business Analysis experience with J2EE applications
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collect and document both functional and non-functional business requirements
- Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and create user stories, use cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Execute functional, regression, integration, ADA/508, security, and performance testing
- Work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and QA teams to address and resolve issues
- Communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to the project team
Description
We are looking for a seasoned UAT Test Lead to join us in supporting a long-term project located in Tallahassee, FL. This position requires a hands-on leader in User Acceptance Testing and business analysis to guarantee the effective delivery of our enterprise applications. The role is 100% onsite, with a potential duration of 9 months and an hourly rate of $60. We offer a collaborative environment where you can engage with various teams and stakeholders.
