Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in JIRA Service Desk with front-end/UI customization experience
- Skilled in JIRA administration
- Experienced in managing Confluence spaces
- Thorough understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screen schemes
- Familiar with databases and competent in SQL
- Proven experience in writing scripts
- Background in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Capable of adapting quickly to established, complex environments
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Over 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, financial management, systems management, computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, behavioral science, or related fields; Masters degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a customized portal utilizing JIRA Service Desk
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to gather specifications for creating and implementing custom templates and workflows using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Design, develop, and administer Atlassian products, including JIRA and Service Desk, involving custom plugin development and evaluation of marketplace plugins
- Conduct regular server patching and upgrades
- Structure and manage documents in Confluence by function or office, linking Confluence spaces to respective Service Desk projects for streamlined access
- Oversee user permissions and Confluence spaces according to established governance protocols
