Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong ability to capture business workflows, rules, and user roles
- Experience with Use Case and User Story documentation
- Thorough understanding of Business Rules and Functional Requirements documentation
- Skill in defining Acceptance Criteria for various requirements
- Capability to review Functional Designs for compliance with requirements
- Experience in providing support for new applications during their implementation
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to elicit, document, and prioritize business needs
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to clarify business and process requirements
- Achieve consensus with stakeholders on new process designs
- Collect, outline, and document detailed requirements
- Identify and outline use cases or scenarios of usage
- Recognize business line dependencies and carry out impact analysis
- Advise IT and business stakeholders regarding the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to fulfill project objectives and requirements
