Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with hardware-oriented technology businesses
- Background in using drones for industrial or governmental purposes
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or comparable support ticketing platforms
- Exceptional communication and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience as a UAV pilot and/or possession of an FAA Part 107 License
- Prior role in technical customer support or solutions engineering
- Associates or bachelors degree in a relevant field, or at least two years of related experience or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among customers, Flight Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams for efficient information exchange
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for Inspired Flight products through phone and email
- Enhance user experience by improving technical documentation
- Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization process
- Gather and relay customer feedback from the field to internal product and engineering teams to foster continuous improvements
- Act as a representative for the Inspired Flight brand, maintaining professionalism and integrity across customer, industry, and partner interactions
