- Monitor sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and enhance sales strategies.
- Represent the company at community and promotional events to elevate brand awareness.
- Maintain a positive, competitive spirit that drives consistent team success.
