Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical position
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities with Windows operating systems
- Fundamental understanding of networking principles (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity)
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms is advantageous
- Basic graphic design abilities (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical assistance for computers, laptops, and user workstations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot networking and internet connectivity problems
- Maintain and support internal systems, including Salesforce and AI-based applications
- Aid in user account setup, permissions, and access management
- Carry out basic graphic design tasks for internal or client-facing projects
- Identify hardware/software problems and oversee repairs or replacements
- Document issues, findings, and resolutions for reference within the team
- Collaborate with the IT team on system enhancements and ongoing initiatives
Description
We are looking for a dependable and adaptable IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our expanding IT team. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys addressing technical challenges, assisting end users, and engaging with a variety of systems and tools. The position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our compensation ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. We value proactive problem-solvers who can keep our systems and team functioning smoothly. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
