Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree, Technical Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to two years of relevant job experience
- Proficient in the installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent decision-making capabilities
- Effective customer service orientation
- Competent in system documentation and communication practices
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation and peripheral hardware and software
- Analyze and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, and servers
- Update desktop software and applications; keep documentation current
- Assist users in navigating specific applications
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on unit needs
