Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or a research-related field - Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience - Expertise in data analysis within healthcare research or clinical settings - Proficient in SQL, Python, and R - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions - Solid programming experience with scripting - Familiarity with data transformation and workflow tools such as dbt, Airflow, or WDL - Understanding of database architecture best practices - Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Excellent analytical and writing abilities - At least five years of experience as a computational biologist or biostatistician - Familiar with common data models like OMOP, PCORnet, or i2b2 - Knowledge of ontologies, terminologies, UMLS, or Semantic Web - Experience in a medical school environment, including working with HIPAA PHI and clinical EHR databases - Awareness of LLMs, NLPs, ML, and AI technologies

Responsibilities
