Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field
- Successfully complete training and/or certification for the assigned platform(s) within one year of employment
- At least five years of pertinent work experience
- Ability to write small code snippets to overcome platform limitations (preferred)
- An advanced degree in a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience managing specialized platforms (preferred)
**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**
- Capability to maintain required training and/or certifications for assigned platform(s)
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks or projects while meeting deadlines
- May be cross-trained to provide support for other platforms as necessary
- Strong understanding of assigned technologies, ETLs, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Proficient with relevant computer applications and programs
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle and administration of application platform components, integrations, and related applications
- Utilize platform functionality to create enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure stability, availability, and security of platform components and applications
- Perform daily administrative tasks and user support
- Manage relationships with business units to identify their needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Lead platform implementation projects and provide updates on progress, proactively addressing potential issues
- Maintain application inventories and relevant documentation, including architecture and data flow diagrams
- Keep stakeholders informed of updates regarding applications and services
- Analyze business requirements and devise technical solutions
- Collaborate with partners to enhance user experience across solutions
- Design and implement data integration feeds and interfaces with other systems
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for assigned environments
- Participate in platform communities to stay informed about new software technologies and best practices
- Execute software installations, creation, configuration, and loads
