Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UITS staff to address technical incidents and fulfill service requests
- Gain skills in the installation and configuration of hardware, ensuring user devices and AV equipment connect to the network and peripherals
- Learn to identify and replace faulty components in computers, audio, video, or control systems
- Provide technical customer service assistance by adhering to established procedures to resolve user technical issues
- Document incidents and learn how to appropriately escalate them
