Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a related role, including experience in customer service
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, or other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of application servers and information systems.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and integrated systems
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for various hardware and software issues
- Document and resolve service tickets promptly according to service level agreements
- Perform root cause analysis and develop documentation for common problems
- Recommend procedures and controls for preventing recurring issues
- Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment
- Administer endpoint management solutions, including software upgrades and application delivery
- Engage in continuous improvement of endpoint administration practices
- Diagnose and resolve unique application software and operating system problems
- Configure, deploy, and maintain computer workstations and associated equipment
- Recommend hardware and software purchases and manage software licensing
