Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience building and deploying at least one production LLM agent or agentic workflow using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Google Agent Builder.
- Proven track record of implementing three or more AI/ML projects and two or more GenAI/LLM projects in production environments, providing ongoing operational support.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, especially LLMs and transformers, coupled with hands-on experience in developing, testing, and launching AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language, along with knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Java.
- Familiarity with cloud AI stacks, including Google Vertex AI and AWS Bedrock, as well as vector/search technologies like Elastic/OpenSearch and FAISS.
- Solid understanding of data design and architecture, including relational and NoSQL databases.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), MLOps, and quality assurance standards.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and integrate AI/ML systems by translating requirements into robust components in partnership with our platform and architecture teams.
- Develop and maintain LLM-based agents and services that interact with enterprise-level tools through secure API practices.
- Optimize RAG workflows and integrate them with our existing search and vector infrastructure, escalating architectural needs where necessary.
- Adhere to and enhance our standards for continuous integration and deployment, testing, and observability, managing feature delivery through all stages from development to production.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security protocols by applying proper access controls and partnering with our InfoSec team.
- Implement performance metrics for our services and create intuitive dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Produce clear technical documentation and support user acceptance testing and other validation activities.
- Mentor junior engineers through collaborative sessions and aid in their professional development by providing code reviews and constructive feedback.
