Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Business Administration/Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset focused on process and data analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools or relevant coursework.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or SQL is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data concepts such as KPIs, calculations, and datasets.
Responsibilities
- Utilize BI tools, primarily Tableau, to assist in creating, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Modify existing dashboards and visualizations according to changing business requirements.
- Aid in responding to and triaging technical inquiries about reports, dashboards, and Tableau features.
- Conduct basic data validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Support the documentation of dashboards, metric definitions, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with analysts and business partners to grasp reporting requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting or analytical assistance as required.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
