Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Scientist role or equivalent focusing on machine learning, AI, natural language processing, and big data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and/or Java for data analysis and model building.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for training and deploying models.
- In-depth familiarity with machine learning frameworks, particularly TensorFlow and Spark MLlib.
- Proficiency in data mining methods, database design principles, and ETL processes utilizing Talend or Bash scripting.
- Acquainted with Hadoop ecosystem components, including HDFS and related big data technologies.
- Understanding of quantum engineering concepts is advantageous for advanced computational modeling tasks.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities along with effective communication skills for conveying technical insights across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI technologies to tackle various business challenges.
- Spearhead data mining initiatives on extensive datasets using SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, and Spark to derive actionable insights.
- Apply unsupervised learning methods for clustering, anomaly detection, and natural language processing to reveal hidden patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs, develop ETL pipelines with Talend or Bash scripts, and uphold data quality and integrity.
- Deploy models in production settings utilizing AWS cloud services to guarantee scalability and high performance.
- Design and sustain databases following best practices in database architecture to support analytical efforts.
- Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts through dashboards using Looker or similar visualization tools to guide strategic decisions.
