Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Teradata
- Proficient in NOS, Python, SQL, RDBMS, and Teradata utilities like TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, and TPump
- Familiarity with Object Storage, Hadoop, Cloudera, and emerging Cloud-native technologies
- Experienced in developing efficient solutions and troubleshooting
- Ability to conceptualize, build proofs of concept (POC), and design automation approaches
- Experience mentoring developers in coding and adherence to standards
- Knowledge in performance optimization and role-based access control setup
- Competent in utilities such as NOS, QueryGrid, and Clearscape Analytics
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the banking domain
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive data analysis for business strategies and functions
- Conduct trending analysis and offer insights on data management and success metrics
- Perform data mining, aggregation, and business planning activities
- Manage inventory analysis, program evaluation, and performance milestone analytics
- Establish policies and standards for Data Management
- Conduct regular governance to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Monitor and evaluate data quality measures and controls
- Address compliance risks and propose solutions
- Develop automation solutions for data movement within and outside the Teradata platform
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data management
