Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in web development
- Proven proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Redux for state management
- Strong analytical skills to promote process enhancements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with leadership and team
- In-depth understanding of core React principles, including functional components, hooks, and the Context API
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of best practices for user interaction
- Some exposure to UX design
- Experience in an Agile work environment
- Ability to connect frontend React components with various backend REST APIs
Added Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of backend development with Java
- Experience with SQL databases
