Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of experience in Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis
- Knowledge or experience in satellite mission support within an operational context
- Experience in monitoring satellite activities or a related field
- Strong analytical skills for technical problem solving
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
Responsibilities
- Provide operational responses to system alerts and changes in the system environment
- Monitor system status in near real-time and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Conduct preliminary evaluations of system problems and assist in design changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate operational event logs and records
- Collaborate closely with customers and peers in a secure environment
- Complete the required Operations Certification Process successfully
