Requirements

Must:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role. - Must be bilingual, proficient in both English and French. - Extensive experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, scripting (e.g., Python/Shell), and cloud services (AWS, Azure). - Strong understanding of web technologies, integrations, and system architecture. - Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and knowledge bases. - Experience with web servers and databases such as Apache, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL. - Strong knowledge of application protocols including DNS, HTTP, HTTPS (SSL), FTP. - Basic experience in Linux environments. - General understanding of API technologies like JSON, REST, OAuth. - Proven troubleshooting skills with the capability to think critically and communicate effectively under pressure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical abilities and a customer-first approach. - Ability to effectively prioritize user requests and manage expectations. - Balance attention to detail with speed in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business setting. - Flexibility to work later hours when needed. - Strong passion for outstanding customer service and dedication to continuous learning. - Self-motivated and proactive in executing tasks.

Responsibilities

- Respond to complex technical service requests from customers via phone and email each day. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues concerning software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. - Reproduce problems, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering for bug fixes and feature requests. - Create and maintain internal runbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation. - Lead incident responses or participate in an on-call rotation for critical situations. - Identify support trends and collaborate with Product & Engineering on long-term solutions. - Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system. - Understand clients business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring customer success. - Provide support for multiple cloud and hardware solutions. - Contribute to the development of service desk processes and procedures. - Interact closely with various departments and vendors to achieve timely resolutions. - Handle support requests from resellers, remaining updated on new features and enhancements, and act as a subject matter expert. - Facilitate triaging to internal and external teams, advocating for customer needs with Engineering, Development, and 3rd party Vendor teams.
