Data Solutions Architect/Director

- Expand and optimize data and data pipeline architecture, enhancing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and governance. - Develop and implement an overarching organizational data strategy that aligns with business processes in healthcare and specifically within PBM. - Design data models, establish database development standards, and manage the implementation of data warehouses and analytics systems. - Identify and evaluate internal and external data sources, crafting a plan for data management that aligns with the organizational data strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the seamless operation of the enterprise data system. - Oversee the entire data architecture process, from platform selection and technical architecture design to application development, testing, and implementation. - Define and manage data flow and information dissemination within the organization to ensure accessibility and security. - Compile large and complex data sets to meet both functional and non-functional business requirements. - Identify, design, and implement internal process enhancements, including automation of manual processes and optimizing data delivery. - Create analytics tools that utilize data pipelines to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other critical business performance metrics.
