React Native Developer

- Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education - Over 4 years of experience in Information Technology - Minimum of 4 years of experience in React Native development - At least 6 years of overall experience in mobile application front-end development across native and cross-platform technologies - A minimum of 4 years in cross-platform mobile application development using React Native for both iOS and Android - Expertise in React Native components, libraries, SDKs, framework upgrades, debugging, routing, and native modules - Ability to outline cross-platform mobile app solution alternatives and assess effort, risk, and technical feasibility - Experience with mobile application design, packaging, and deployment - Familiarity with mobile app performance testing, tools, and security - Proficient in integrating complex mobile frontend with back-end APIs and microservices - Experience collaborating on teams with DevOps responsibilities - Skilled in conducting peer technical code reviews and pair programming - Proficient with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and issue tracking (e.g., Jira) - Capable of leading teams and assuming overall responsibility for deliverables - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and clients - Experience leading onsite and offshore teams - Self-motivated, results-oriented with a solid track record of achieving challenging goals despite ambiguity and competing priorities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-related - Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
