Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from an accredited institution
- Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate
- At least 7 years of development and architectural experience
- Strong analytical and design skills with proficiency in design and architecture patterns
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with generative AI models
- In-depth understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience in writing efficient and high-quality code
- Familiarity with Open-Source frameworks and tools
- Experience in agile methodologies and fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models for diverse applications like text generation and image creation
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the entire AI development lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, optimization, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to outline project requirements and ensure technical feasibility
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in generative AI research and actively enhance our AI capabilities
- Promote responsible AI practices focusing on bias reduction, fairness, and explainability
- Evaluate and assess performance metrics of both new and existing code
- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
- Execute proof of concepts for emerging technologies
