Requirements
Must:
- 8 years of progressively responsible IT project management experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes/container platform implementations (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Successful track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and infrastructure modernization.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to complete necessary background checks.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and deliver extensive IT infrastructure projects on time and within designated scope.
- Direct the rollout and integration of Kubernetes/container platforms.
- Manage modernization processes across hybrid cloud environments, including on-prem and public cloud.
- Create and oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders in infrastructure, security, operations, and applications.
- Ensure quality and operational readiness of vendor/partner deliverables.
- Provide consistent status updates and communications at the executive level.
- Lead cutover planning, change management, and stabilization post-implementation.
Description

This role offers a mostly remote work environment with occasional travel required to Dover, DE, and operates on a schedule of 37 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
