Requirements

Must:
- 1–5 years of product management or a related role (technical product owner, systems engineering, business analysis, etc.) - Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical field - Basic knowledge of networking and security technologies, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, SD-WAN, SSE, and/or SASE - Networking/security certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Cloud, Security+) are advantageous - Proficient in drafting clear and organized PRDs, user stories, and requirements - Willingness and ability to learn rapidly - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners, engage customers, and collaborate with field teams - Interest in building customer-facing confidence—recruiting customers for previews, addressing early product inquiries, and representing the PM team - Enthusiasm for teamwork with engineering, sales, customer success, and senior stakeholders - Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product management efficiency - U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

- Lead the launch of at least one integration-focused product within the first six months, quickly adapting to new information and implementing it effectively - Help define product workflows, integration criteria, and user experiences for Infoblox solutions and external technologies - Collaborate closely with engineering teams across global locations (India, Canada, Mexico, U.S.) to facilitate technical integrations and ensure smooth operations - Work in a dynamic environment with design and engineering teams to refine requirements, prioritize tasks, and support iterative product delivery - Engage with sales teams and customers to understand engagement strategies, generate interest, support early-access programs, address inquiries, and recruit users - Participate in user interviews, customer feedback sessions, and preview programs to gather insights for product requirements - Create comprehensive PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that convert customer and business needs into actionable plans - Utilize GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Figma, etc.) to automate product use cases, documentation, summarize customer feedback, generate FAQs, and streamline workflows - Assist in designing integration workflows, onboarding external partners, and mapping user journeys for product interoperability - Support senior leaders in preparing materials, communication, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration - Contribute to product launches by developing
